Volunteer at Korumburra or Leongatha

Discover the joy and purpose of giving back through volunteering at our local hospital

What volunteers do

Volunteering at the Regional Care Group across Southern Gippsland and the Bass Coast is an incredibly rewarding experience. It’s a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives while being part of a caring and supportive local community.

Volunteers play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for patients and their families, offering comfort and assistance during challenging times. You’ll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, learn new skills, and gain valuable insights into the health system.

Beyond the practical benefits, volunteering brings a sense of purpose and connection, you also meet wonderful people and contribute to something bigger than yourself. Every hour you give helps improve patient care and strengthens the hospital’s ability to serve the community.

It’s not just volunteering; it’s making a positive impact where it truly matters.
