You can share the story of your experience with us on Care Opinion Australia, a safe, confidential feedback website. When your story is published on Care Opinion Australia’s website, we will be notified and will respond to your story.
Care Opinion is an independent site where anyone can share their stories about their experience of care. The site covers health and aged care, and community services, giving service users, their families and carers the opportunity to publish their personal experiences, good or bad, of the care system.
