Women's pilates

Join us for Pilates to help improve balance, core strength, and overall wellbeing in an easy-to-follow way

What we do

Mat and chair pilates are two simple ways to practice pilates exercises. Mat pilates is done on the floor using a yoga mat, where you use your own body weight to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

Chair pilates uses a sturdy chair for support, making movements easier for beginners, older adults, or anyone with limited mobility.

Both styles focus on gentle, controlled movements and breathing, helping improve balance, core strength, and overall wellbeing in an easy-to-follow way.

Based on pilates floor exercises, women of all ages are welcome, from beginners to more advanced.

These sessions are hosted by a qualified instructor.
