If you are currently receiving care, we encourage you to speak with a staff member as soon as possible. Many concerns can be addressed and resolved quickly at the point of care.

- When: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. If we are on another call, or it is outside of office hours, you can leave a message. We will usually contact you within the next business day.
