Your maternity journey, step-by-step
Antenatal appointments
Our midwives will start seeing you from around 12–16 weeks of pregnancy, with regular check-ins at 24, 32, and 37 weeks.
Each visit is a chance to track your baby’s growth, ask questions, and feel more confident about the journey ahead. Partners and children are always encouraged to join.
Childbirth education
Our midwife-led classes help you and your support person feel prepared, not just for labour, but for those tender early days of parenthood. Delivered in a relaxed, local setting, these sessions are tailored to you.
Afterbirth home support
Once you’re home, you’re not alone. Our midwives offer flexible follow-up visits, including phone support or home visits based on your needs.
We’ll also work closely with your Maternal and Child Health Nurse to ensure a smooth transition.
