Providing you with personal support to help you improve your health and wellbeing through diet. Using the latest scientific information, dietitians work with you to develop an individual plan to meet your needs.
Our dietetic service provides a range of services to residential aged care consumers, inpatients, community outpatients and home visits by appointment.
What conditions can a dietitian help manage?
- Diabetes (pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes, type 1 and 2 diabetes)
- Food allergies and intolerances
- Gastrointestinal diseases (IBS, IBD, Coeliac disease, diverticulitis, reflux)
- Heart disease (including hypertension, high cholesterol)
- Malnutrition
- Weight management
- Kidney disease
- Liver disease (including fatty liver, liver cirrhosis)
- Nutrition deficiencies
- Enteral nutrition
The dietetic service is committed to excellence and all staff have Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status.
Please note: we do not routinely assess paediatric patients. This is determined on an individual basis.
