What we do
Our diabetes clinic provides accessible care, education, and support to help members of the local Gippsland and Bass Coast area manage your diabetes effectively.
We bring services directly to the community, offering screenings, personalised guidance, and resources to promote healthier living.
A diabetes outreach clinic takes place fortnightly, every second Tuesday, at the Kooweerup Hospital.
