What should I expect during my visit?
On arrival, press the call button to notify staff. You will be greeted by staff and assessed by a nurse through a triage process.
Triage is used to prioritise patients based on the severity and urgency of their condition, ensuring those requiring immediate care are seen first. During your assessment, you may be asked about:
- Your past medical history
- Current medications
- Recent travel history
- Known allergies
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
- Any additional information needed to support your care
- Our nursing staff will assess your condition and coordinate appropriate care to support the best possible health outcome.
For non-urgent medical care
For conditions that do not require urgent attention, patients are encouraged to contact their GP during normal business hours.
Health advice is also available 24 hours a day from a registered nurse via the Victorian Nurse-on-Call Service on 1300 60 60 24.
