As Chief Executive of Bayside Health Peninsula Care Group, Jana oversees 8,000 staff across 13 sites providing care to the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula from birth through to end of life care alongside a comprehensive range of sub-specialties.
Jana has extensive experience in leading hospital operations and clinical services holding many senior roles in health including Chief Operating Officer for Peninsula Health and Bayside Health Peninsula Care Group, General Manager and Director roles at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and Northern Health.
Jana holds the position of Clinical Advisor for the Timely Emergency Care 2 program, a partnership between the Victorian Department of Health and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. She has extensive clinical experience as a Podiatrist and senior healthcare leadership and management experience. Jana holds a Master’s in health services management
