Adjunct Associate Professor Pauline D’Astoli OAM is a dedicated consumer leader and advocate who has focused on improving healthcare through co-design and system improvement initiatives following her career in education.
Her lived experience as a carer, particularly in mental health, informs her strong commitment to driving meaningful change. She has held a range of consumer leadership roles, including advisory and committee positions across quality, safety and mental health.
Pauline was recognised as the Victorian Public Healthcare Volunteer of the Year in 2023.;
She also contributes to academic and research initiatives and, in 2025, was appointed Adjunct Associate Professor at Monash University (Nursing and Midwifery).
