Dr Eloise Zoppos has two decades’ experience as a practicing academic, research and engagement director, advising companies across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region on customer experience, strategy, and policy.
During her career, she also used her experience to create positive community impact in the not-for-profit sector through a range of committee and board roles. Personally, Eloise has extensive lived experience of the public healthcare system following a serious accident in 2024 that resulted in lifelong injuries.
She aims to draw on both her professional background and lived experience to represent the patient perspective and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
