Board Chair
As a former minister in the Victorian Government in health and social care portfolios, Mr Foley brings a detailed understanding of the public health system to Bayside Health.
He has a background in government, public policy, community organisations and industrial relations and holds a Master of Commerce. Mr Foley is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also is a Professor of Practice at Monash University in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Science.
Mr Foley is the former Board Chair of Alfred Health and Associate Director at Peninsula Health. He is an involved in governance roles in several arts and cultural organisations.
