Board Member
Ms Linda McCrorey consults on quality, safety and risk, based on her forty-plus years of experience in the community sector. She started her career as an Enrolled Nurse in East Gippsland and its surrounds, building her expertise in clinical governance.
She sits on the Better Health Network Quality and Safety Committee as an independent member.
Ms McCrorey is the former Deputy Chair of Gippsland Southern Health Service and lives in regional Victoria. She primarily works with the not-for-profit and community services sectors, largely for organisations focussed on community health, disability, aged care, Aboriginal and alcohol and drug services.
For more than 20 years she has worked as an accreditation assessor and decision maker, measuring against a range of standards. She assists organisations to continually improve, ensuring that the services provided are accessible, safe and strive for best practice to meet the needs of diverse communities.
Ms McCrorey is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
