Board Member
Ms Kirsten Mander is an experienced director, businesswoman and lawyer. She is a former Peninsula Health board director and Audit and Risk Committee chair. She is also the chair of Legal Super and has been chair and/or director of various boards, including International Women’s Development Agency, the Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority, Swinburne University, RT Health and the Law Institute of Victoria.
Previously, Ms Mander was a senior executive, general counsel and company secretary for a number of Australia’s top companies including Australian Unity, Sigma Pharmaceuticals and Western Mining, working throughout Australasia, Asia and the former Soviet Union.
She holds a Master of Laws from Melbourne University and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
