We understand that palliative care extends beyond physical needs, which is why we provide comprehensive psychological and emotional support for both patients and their families during this challenging time.
Recognising the demanding nature of caring for a loved one, we offer palliative care respite services, providing carers with essential breaks to rest and recharge while ensuring their loved one receives excellent care.
We maintain a strong partnership with Palliative Care Southeast to address complex clinical situations, including specialised pain management requirements. Our team of district nurses works in close co-ordination with these specialists to facilitate seamless transitions from hospital to home, ensuring continuity of care and support every step of the way.
